Our opinion on the Piantarella Beach
Piantarella Beach in Bonifacio is the most famous beach in the region for practicing board sports. As soon as the wind picks up, many kite surfers and windsurfers meet up on this beach, easily accessible with a car park north. To swim, the most pleasant area is located south of the car park, opposite the pond of Piantarella. It is covered in extra-fine white sand (like the various beaches on the point of Sperone). Attendance is significant in summer.
This beach is also the starting point for the island of Lavezzi. There is also a nautical centre, boat rentals and Jet Ski. In summer, there are straw huts.
To get to this beach from Bonifacio, take the D58 then the D260 towards the Sperone golf course. The car park is at the end of the road on the east coast.

This wide beach is in the neighbourhood of Sperone in Bonifacio, which is known among water sports enthusiasts. The southernmost area is the most interesting.
The white sand is beautiful in a pleasant bay. There are many boats (departure for the islands of Lavezzi) and numerous water activities.
