Our opinion on the Tavonata Cove
The calanque of Tavonata with two creeks, one pebbly and one sandy are located south of the Gulf of Rondinara. Totally wild, there is in this unique site a red rock. The place is stunning but not the most comfortable because of the numerous rocks. Note that there is a thick layer of Posidonia.
To visit these coves, the easiest way is to park on Rondinara Beach, and then go down south. There are two paths (see map). It is about 40 minutes away on foot.

Photos of the Tavonata Cove
This first cove is located south of the bay of Rondinara at a place called Tavonata at the tip of Capicciolu I Volpi. It is very original with this red rock reminiscent of the south of France with the Esterel. There are pebbles in the creek and a thick layer of Posidonia.
There is a second sandy bay. There are several caves on the hill of this photo.
