Our opinion on the Neptune Beach
The Neptune Beach of Ajaccio is located on the Sanguinaires road. It is a sandy beach, mainly private. It is located near the property of Tino Rossi, at the start of the Santa Lina beaches. This is one of the nicest beaches around Ajaccio, with fine sand and turquoise water. Ample parking is available in front, near the bowling alley. The public area is on the left side to the limit with the beach of Ariadne. However, access must be via Palm Beach and then you must turn left along the sea.
To get to this beach from the centre of Ajaccio, follow Sanguinaires road. After the cemetery, drive for about 2 km. After the bowling, park your car (there is a large car park on the right).

We are at the straw cabin of Neptune looking towards Ariadne beach (towards the centre of Ajaccio).
A big part of this beach is occupied by a beach straw cabin with possibility of renting beach equipment in the summer season.
By going to the left, you reach the Ariadne’s straw cabin. In between, there is a public beach.
The public area is too small for the demand during the summer season.
On the right, the BEACH extends into the bay of Santa Lina. At the Point, there is the home of Tino Rossi.
In front of the beach, there are many buildings and a shopping area with several restaurants and a bowling alley.
