Sabias Beach is located at the tip of Chatelet and Old Castle on Ile-d’Yeu on the Wild Coast. Well equipped and with a few fishermen huts in the background, this beach is one of the busiest beaches in Ile-d’Yeu on the Wild Coast. On the right at the tip of Châtelet, a cross was erected in 1934 in remembrance of the missing sailors. On the left, the view of the Old Castle is beautiful.
This family-oriented beach is perfect for observing the seabed; do not forget your mask and snorkel. Moreover, it is well protected from prevailing winds.
To get to this beach from the hamlet of Ker Chauvineau, follow Sabias Road. There is a car park near the beach.
