Our opinion on the Bossilles Beach
Bossilles beach is located at the tip of Bouet north of Joinville harbour in Ile-d’Yeu. There is a small strip of sand at the edge with many rocks in the water next to Borgne Beach. There are more pleasant beaches on the island for swimming, however the proximity to the harbour is interesting. Note that the following beach (Cours Moulin) has a ban on bathing (decree for accidental pollution).
To get to this beach from Joinville harbour, follow the seafront north (Quai de la Chapelle and Colbert Blainville Street then Bossilles). It is about 6 minutes on foot.

Located at the tip of Bouet, near Joinville harbour (one can see the dam in the picture), there are many rocks on this beach.
Many rocks are exposed at low tide. However, be careful because the nearby Mill Court Beach has a permanent ban on bathing (frequent accidental pollution).
