Beach supervised in July and August with that of the Grands Sables, this large sheltered cove of Porh Mélite is a paradise for swimmers. Equipped with a ramp, it is accessible to people with reduced mobility. During the summer, the nautical centre hires kayaks and offers sailing courses. At low tide, it is possible to reach on foot the famous convex beach of Grands Sables. Porh-Mélite seems to be an annex of Grands Sables, but a little more peaceful. In addition to a lifeguard station, there are boats and kayaks for hire. Oriented north, there is way to find a little shade at noon; which is appreciated in this southern Brittany where the sun can be very strong.
