Between Plouhinec and the peninsula of Quiberon, Erdeven offers 8 km of sandy and completely untamed coastline. It is the largest dune area of Gavres-Quiberon, the largest dune in Brittany and one of the most untamed. The centre is away from the seafront which helps to keep it natural.
There are five beaches in Erdeven. That of Kerhillio is the most popular and best equipped with a supervised area, an area for sand yachting, an area for kite surfing and camping. In the north, there is the beach Kerminihy. This is the most untamed and naturism is tolerated there. Next to these two beaches, there are more private and less crowded beaches. Note that we have a beautiful view of Belle Ile en Mer from the various beaches.
The Gulf of Morbihan is only 30 minutes by car (Vannes is the most important city). West side, the beaches of Plouhinec complement the choice of bathing areas (north of Erel). We also appreciate Port-Louis with its citadel and Larmor-Plage, which is close to Lorient.
Those wishing to bring their dogs must move towards Plouharnel.
