Our opinion on the Clere Beach
Clere Beach is located north of the island of Noirmoutier between Le Vieil hamlet and Chaise Wood. In continuation of Mardi Gras Beach, this large sandy beach is highly sought-after in summer. It is one of the great northern beaches in Noirmoutier. There is a campsite nearby. It is possible to practice on-foot fishing at low tide; there are a few rocks according to the areas.
The main access to this beach is located at the intersection of Clère Alley and the road of la Lande Saint Joseph. It is difficult to find a space to park one’s car; it is therefore advisable to come by bicycle.
