Pege Beach is between Sion sur l’Océan and Saint-Hilaire-de-Riez. It is bordered by several campsites which make it very crowded in the summer season. However, its size allows everyone to find a place provided you are prepared to walk. It is supervised in July and August and is equipped for people with reduced mobility. Behind the dunes, there is ample free parking. Note that pets are allowed from 7pm at 8am.
To get to this beach from Sion sur l’Ocean, take the D123 towards Saint-Jean-de-Monts. After 4 km, you will reach the place called The Pége (some shops and many campsites). Turn left following the signs for the beach.
