Our opinion on the Grande Grève
The Great Strike of Carantec (Grande Grève) is located at the bottom of the river Penzé, the effect of the tide is felt more than elsewhere and the ebb of the sea are impressive. At high tide we get the impression that the whole bay is ours. The Mouettes camping, contrary to what his name suggests, is one of the biggest and best equipped in the region. Between Carantec and Roscoff, the place is a wise compromise. To note that the restaurants of the camping Les Mouettes take only « inside » customers therefore no restoration in the vicinity.

At the edge of the beach which seems deserted at first sight…one of the biggest camping in Brittany, and best equipped for leisure and confort.
The sand is not necessarly the finest that it is not unconfortable.
