Our opinion on the Pors Pol Beach
Do not rely on the vaguely wild character of the Pors Pol beach of Carantec, it is a city beach. Wit hits advantages : close to shops. And its disadvantages : no parking and narrow streets nearby. D not park on the slipway, it is used for the descent of the boats and does not allow any half-turn. You would be stuck (and surely fined). Small beach of sand and rocks, overlooking Callot islands, Ricard and Taureau island. You can easily reach the Grève Blanche on the left, that of Chaise du Curé on the right. We can also walk by deadlock Joseph Le Foll.
