Our opinion on the Beach for Dogs
Rare on the French coast, La Ciotat has thought about animals! Since 2012, this beach is reserved for dogs. This canine space is found between Capucins beach and the Georges Toche promenade, next to the beach volleyball court and facing the roundabout of avenues Camugli and Wilson. Even if this space is small (25 meters long), the beach is agreeable (compared to other French beaches reserved for dogs, which are generally unusable). The only critique: access is not simple (especially for older persons) since you have to climb over some rocks (see photo).

This beach is situated at the beginning of Georges Toche promenade. Space is small, but it's rare to find a sand beach downtown that allows dogs.
To access to this beach you'll have to climb over the rocks seen in the photo.
