Our opinion on the Portigliolo Beach
The beach of Portigliolo of Coti Chiavari stretches in a nice sandy cove for about 400 meters. The right side of the beach is the wildest with some rocks in direction of the tip. It is also the largest part. On the right, the beach shrinks and we find some houses. Little attendance even in summer (difficult road).
To get to this beach coming from the Argent beach (locality of Verghia), continue on the D55 for about 150 meters in direction of the south then take the D155 which meanders in the mountains for several kilometers in the middle of the forest (narrow road with many cyclists). When you join the seaside, you will find the cove of Portigliolo on your right with a small parking next to the road.

Located in the cove of Portigliolo, this beautiful sandy beach is less known and less frequented even in summer, probably because of the road in bad condition that allows to join it.
On the right part of this beach, there is a sailing center.
On the right, there are some rocks. Pleasant for those looking for a bit of calm.
