You'll find several small beaches and coves around the pointe du Dragon to the southwest of the island of Sainte-Marguerite.
On the first one, the closest to the point, you'll find an ancient bunker which was transformed into a viewpoint. This pebblestone cove is very pleasant with a picnic table on the left in the shade of pine trees.
The second cove is situated a few meters away towartd the east. It is split into two parts by the rock formations.
The third cove is the most visited. On the left part, you'll find several large slick rocks in the water which amuse children. There are a few shaded zones.
The last cove is situated near the alley Faure. It is the least frequented of the four coves. It is narrow but features some shaded zones.
To get to these coves from the unloading stage, the simplest is to cut through the alley that goes to the left along the pond and that allows you to rejoin the south part of the island (about 400 meters walking).
