Our opinion on the Carbonel Cove
The coves of Carbonel on the islands of Lerins are situated to the southeast of Ste. Marguerite near the pointe du Carbonel. Here we find two coves and a pebblestone beach. The visitation of the coves is low, one goes here generally by boat. Nonetheless, access by foot is simple even if it is the farthest zone from the port (30 minutes walking). On the beach we find a bit of shade.
To access these beaches from the port the quickest way is to take the sentier de la Convention.

Photos of the Carbonel Cove
This small pebblestone cove is situated on the left of the pointe de Carbonel. In general, it is frequented only by those with a boat but access is easy on foot.
Continuing on the left of the cove in the preceding photo, we arrive at a second cove which is a bit more hidden.
After the two preceding coves, we arrive at a slightly larger beach with a bit of shade.
