To the south of the island of Sainte Marguerite facing St. Honorat, we find the coves of the Cattats which are found between the beaches of La Laoute and those of the forest house. The beaches are all pebblestones with some flat rock formations where one can set down a towel. Pine trees provide shade in summer. These are not the prettiest beaches of the islands of Lerins but they are easily accessible. Certain ones are more discrete than others. On the other hand, in summer, one must arrive on the first boat to find the best places!
To get to these coves, the simplest way from the unloading stage is to take the allee du Dragon and then the chein de Ceinture toward the east. Just before the perpendicular alley which allows you to rejoin the interior of the island, you'll find the different coves. Our photos are organized from west to east.
