Macinaggio Beach in Macinaggio - France

This large beach stretches to Macinaggio Bay. On the left, one begins to see the city centre, on the right the environment is wild and is the starting point for the sentier des Douaniers.

Punta di a Coscia overlooks Macinaggio Bay. The port, one of the most important one in Cap Corsica, is in front of us.

The area closest to the port is the busiest (area with a first aid station in summer). The rest of the beach is covered in a thick layer of Posidonia leaves (underwater flowers compared with algae).

This beach is mostly used for water sports, its interest for sunbathing or swimming is quite limited in our view.
