Arinella Beach is the largest beach in Bastia. It is also a paradise for children with play areas (slides, swings, ropes, zip line, inflatable structures...). There is also a skate park. It stretches to the nature reserve of Biguglia. This long stretch of sand is monitored by area in summer and there are a few private beaches. On the left, the view of Bastia is beautiful with the mountains in the background. The beach is equipped for disabled people.
To get to this beach from the centre of Bastia, take the N193 south (road of the seafront), then turn left in Arinella. The beach is indicated; there are several car parks. In summer, one can also take the free bus to the beach.
Note that the northernmost part bears the name of Red sand Beach.
