Our opinion on the Arinella Beach
The beach of Arinella of Lumio is a small sandy cove oriented torward the gulf of Calvi. It is small (about 100m of sand) and a part is occupied by a hut (private beach). However, the en vironment is remarkable with some rocks on both ends and translucid water. Furthermore, thanks to the parking located above, it is easily accessible by car (only a few steps).
To get to this beach coming from Calvi, take the direction of Ile Rousse. After the beach of Pinède de Calvi, follow the national road for about 5 kms. At the level of the pharmacy, take left in direction of Route de la mer and the beach of Arinella (road indicated like a dead end). Follow the road for 3kms. We arrive at a free parking (next to the radio guidance beacon). Also accessible by the beach train – Ondari).

Here is a view of this beach of Arinella de Lumio. At the center, there is a hut with mattress rentals which occupies a part of the beach. The rest is totally public.
This beach is very famous in summer. Bathing is gently sloping in a small protected bay. Very pleasant environment.
This beach is easily accessible thanks to the parking that we find next (accessible by some steps).
