Our opinion on the Sainte Restitude Beach

Adresse of the Sainte Restitude Beach : Campi 20260 Lumio

Located near Calvi, the beach of Sainte Restitude in Lumio is a small sandy creek less known which stretches for about 150 meters. On the right part, there is a hut with a restaurant and mattress rentals. The rest of the beach is public. Bathing is sloping however it is not recommended by rough sea. In July and August, a first aid station is installed on the heights (above the restaurant). Very pleasant and less crowded then the beaches of Calvi, a good address according to us.

This beach is not easy to find, follow our instructions to the letter. From Calvi, take the direction of Ile Rousse by the N197. After the beach of la Pinède and the campsite Dolce Vita, continue on the national road for 1.5km. On the left, there is a warehouse (Carrefour Contact). Just after turn left (indication of le Pain de Sucre and there is a EDF transformer). Follow the trail for 900m keeping your left. There is a small free parking. Also accessible by beach train (Cugnolu).
