Given the location of this Rudevent Beach on the Isle of Arz, on the strip between the main part of Arz and its extension of Bilhervé, the name "Rudevent" may not be unjustified. However, on the day of our visit, the wind was calm and the beach was pleasant. It is a vast, curved, and entirely sandy isthmus, and it is the second most frequented beach on the island after Falaise Beach. Nevertheless, the crowd remains quite reasonable. On the other hand, it serves as a safe haven for pleasure boats. One might even mistake it for a small nautical center on the right side of the beach, given the number of masts in the garden. However, that is not the case; the nautical center is a little further away, on Bilhervé Beach. Dogs are welcome here, as they are throughout the island.
