The Fontaine Varia Beach on the island of Arz is the closest beach to the village. It can be directly accessed by taking the Grande Rue and then the path to the aforementioned fountain, which was historically significant as an island can only be inhabited if it has a sufficient water source. The beach is located to the east and is enjoyable in the morning as well as in the afternoon when it's hot, as the trees provide refreshing shade. The sand is abundant and of good quality. Given the number of boats anchored nearby, it must also provide good shelter. It is a pleasant and aesthetically pleasing beach, as well as convenient, as it is only a 200-meter walk to find grocery stores, bars, and restaurants in the village. Dogs are allowed on the beach.
