Pousterlo Calanque in Frioul is the second cove in Pomègues Island from the harbour (at the dam between the two islands). This cove is only made of relatively smooth rocks where one can put one’s towel down. Access to the sea is over the rocks (one should wear shoes while swimming). The setting is pleasant and the cove is not very frequented (see our pictures taken in late morning mid-August).
To get to this cove from the port of Frioul, go towards Pomègues Island. The tower of Poméguet is a good benchmark; the cove is located two hundred meters away ahead on the right (it is indicated by a yellow sign). It takes about 15 minutes on foot.
