Access is worth. From the car park, you have to cross a vast dune space before arriving on the beach (count 10 minutes walk, no shadow). The beach is huge and bordered by imposing dunes. It feels like being on the beaches of the Landes or Gironde.
To get to this beach take from Ronce-les-Bains, follow the D25 towards Royan. Access is on the right (when we are in the forest – signpost marking the parking lot of the Spanish tip), the height is limited.
Note that dogs on a leash are allowed on the beach all year round outside the surveillance zone. Naturism is also tolerated.
