Maquis Beach in Porticcio is outside the hotel of the same name. There are also some small coves on the right. Access is gained through stairs from main road 55. There is the great hotel beach on the left of the stairs (difficult to access, one has to walk along the seafront and get wet - it is easier to go through the beach via South Point Beach) and on the right there are some small sandy coves. At the end, one can frequently find fishermen on the rocks.
To get to this beach from Porticcio, go to Viva Beach then head to the end of this beach in the direction of Olmeto. Follow the D55 for 2 km. There is access between private properties leading to a staircase after the Maquis Hotel. Please note that parking is very difficult, if not impossible.
