Our opinion on the Agon Beach
Pointe d'Agon Beach is the most untamed beach of Coutainville. It is located in the area protected by the coastal preservation trust in the southern part of the town near Regnéville port. Swimming is not supervised and there are no toilet facilities.
The main access to the beach is at the Moulinière port (primarily used by shellfish fishermen). At low tide (no swimming), you can discover the many oyster beds. Many come here to collect mussels at low tide (it is a very good spot for it).
Since 2014, the southern part of this beach is reserved for naturists (official).
To go to this beach, follow the directions for Agon point from Countainville centre. Go straight on and then take the turn to the right on to the road to the sea. There is a car park on the right before arriving. You have to walk about 500 meters.

Beautiful untamed beach at Agon point. At low tide, the sea withdraws a long way making it impossible to swim. Note that the southern part of this beach is officially naturist since the summer of 2014.
The beach stretches for several kilometres northbound (access only on foot via a trail).
After the access path, at the port of Moulinières, it is at low tide overlooking the oyster beds.
Different trails allow to walk to the point of Agon. This vast area belongs to the coastal preservation trust.
