Pinarellu Beach in Sainte-Lucie de Porto-Vecchio offers a vast stretch of sand with several zones bordered by pines. It can be compared to St Cyprien Beach. The beach slightly slopes into the water and we find many summer activities. The southern zone is the main beach, closest to Cap di Fora and Ile de Pinarellu. Even if the beach is not very wide, its length allows us to find a place even in the summer. Very close to downtown Pinarellu, we find restaurant on the beach and it is even possible to practice several water sports.
On the left part of the beach, bordering Caramuntinu Beach, we find the Ex-Veto edified in 1950 in honor of an escaped fisherman in a storm on the 19 March.
To get to this beach from Porto-Vecchio, take N198 then D468 toward St Cyprien or Pinarello. When you arrive in Pinarellu you'll find a first access on the right to a parking lot for Capu di Fora Beach. Continue on the main route and you'll find several accesses across the pinewood. Parking along the route. Note that in the summer it's hard to find parking.
