Our opinion on the Fautea Beach
Fautea Beach in Sainte-Lucie de Porto-Vecchio extends over about 200 meters between the harbor and the Genoese tower in Fautea. Familial beach with shallow water close to the beach, it is easily accessible from the route with a large free parking lot. We also find a restaurant here. This beach is crowded in the summer. At the end of the beach, next to Pointe de Fautea, we find a little sand creek behind the rocks which is generally frequented by campers.
This beach is located at 20 kilometers to the north of Porto-Vecchio. Take N198 toward Solenzara. When you arrive at Fautea, you will see a beautiful Genoese tower on the peninsula. The beach is just behind it.

The main beach is on the right of the photo with a parking lot at the end. On the left is a small creek.
A nice environment with white sand. A very agreeable bay for swimming and a slope into the water.

Here we have a general view of Fautea Beach looking toward the north. A nice beach with greenery and easily accessible.
In the middle of the beach is a restaurant that is rather well integrated.
From this beach we have a view of the Genoese tower in Fautea and of the point with the same name.
Near the pointe of Fautea are some rocks and a small creek. It is rather busy due to the campsite nearby.
