Capicciola Beach in Sainte-Lucie-de-Porto-Vecchio is located near the Pointe de Capicciola at the exit of the hamlet of Cirendinu between St Cyprien Beach and the Ile de Pinarellu. Totally unknown, this sand beach makes up part of the most beautiful beaches in Corsica, but is it difficult to find. However, it's not crowded even in the height of summer. Along the pointe, there are a few possible swimming zones with stones.
To get to this beach from D468, follow directions for Cirindinu (you need to pass through this town, but there is also an access indicated by following Araso; it allows you to access St Cyprien Beach near Arso pond). At the exit of the hamlet, continue straight ahead (do not follow Villata Pinareddu). At the end of the route, we arrive on a road. Follow it for about one kilometer. There is a little parking lot on the left. To get to the beach, walk along the street for about a dozen meters than take the path on the left. It is not very visible, there is another path across from the parking lot that leads to a stone beach. You'll reach the beach in about five minutes. The beach is also accessible from Vallicone, but it is private and reserved for residents.
