Beaches in Solenzara (20145) France - advise, map and photos

Located in the department Corse-du-Sud, the small seaside destination Sari-Solenzara is located on the Cote des Nacres, sharing the name with a shellfish formerly found here in large quantities. The landscapes are exceptionally preserved and the coast offers breathtaking sites, from creeks and long beaches with sun-kissed sand.

Those who love hiking will be happy to discover an authentic territory that surrounds the commune and makes a escapade from the side of the Col de Bavella, passing by the Solenzara stream. There are also other agreeable landscaped beaches. The inner country has a varied faun and flora and a particularly green vegetation that photographers love. By foot or mountain bike, the paths that look over the plane have great panorams.

The Sari harbor, constructed downtown is animated in the summer. There are numerous cruise ships that leave from here, allowing vacationers to visit little creeks or spend the day at sea. It is from here where we can get to the beaches of Solaro which are only a few kilometers to the north of the harbor (but in the neighboring commune). To the south, Canella Beach, located in a cove pleases toutists thanks to its fine sand. It is often considered to be one of the most beautiful beaches in Corsica. Between the harbor and this beach we find a few stoney creeks. To the south, bordering the commune, we find Favona Beach with a nautical center. The beaches of Sainte Lucie de Porto Vecchio are not far and offer great stretches of sand. St Cyprien Beach is one of our favorites.
