There is a huge sandy beach north of Quend-Plage, which stretches several kilometres to South Beach in Fort-Mahon. This 300-meter beach (depending on the tide) bordered by beautiful dunes is ideal for those wishing to get away from the crowd. However, it is not monitored (caution because the tides are dangerous).
Please note that dogs are allowed on this beach.
The beach begins at the northern end of the seawall promenade. There are a few parking spaces at the waterfront or a large car park on rue Abbeville (both are charged from May to September).
