The seaside resort of Quend is located in the department of the Somme, and offers 15 km of fine sand to the many tourists who come every summer. The beaches of Quend are divided into three areas. The beach in the city center and the seawall promenades are monitored in summer. It is equipped for disabled people. Then there are north and south the dunes in a wild space. These two areas are not monitored.
