Pénestin’s Goulumer Beach is situated on either side of the point of the same name. This small cove is made up of sand and pebbles. Access is more difficult than for the nearby beaches but it is also quieter. There is free parking close by.
To get to this beach from the centre of Pénestin, head of Assérac on the D201 and turn right towards Bile point. Just before arriving at the sea, turn right (route des trois Iles). Continue for 200 meters and turn left (the point is signposted). The car park is at the end of this road.
