Pénestin’s Bile Beach is after Palandrin bay via the direction for Bile point. This beautiful bay offers a nice sandy beach (swimming possible only at high tide because the tide goes out a long way). It is less known than its neighbours therefore it is never crowded even in high summer.
To go to this beach from the centre of Pénestin take the D201 in the direction for Loire-Atlantique and turn right towards Bile point. At the junction, turn left on the “route de l’Espernel” (direction Kerandré). There is a car park on the roadside at the beach. Note that this beach is very popular at low tide for shore fishing.
