Across from fort National, at the edge of Sillon Beach in Saint-Malo and at the entrance of the old city, we find Eventail Beach. Very busy at low tide, it is also an entrance point to get to the small island of fort Vauban. With an original form, families with kids like to come here. Swimming is lifeguarded in the summer and we find a few little creeks on the coast in the middle of rocks (less busy). To the right we join Grande Beach in St Malo. A few snack huts can be found along the promenade along with a terrace with a refreshments bar.
Note that this beach is non-smoking (ordered by the city).
Access to this beach is available from the edge of rue du Sillon (next to the casino and old city). We find several paying parking lots.
