Capte Beach in Hyères is located on the way to the peninsula of Giens, opposite the island of Porquerolles, on the right of the small port of La Capte and left of Bergerie Beach. It is a mixture of sand and gravel and it is monitored in summer.
This beach is very popular with families with children as the water is gently sloping and protected from the north winds. There are a few restaurants near Capte.
To reach this beach, go to the islands from the port of Hyères, then to the village of La Capte, take the second road on the left (rue des Marchands). There is a car park at the end of the street and the beach access is direct.
