Pinede Beach (Pinewood beach) is located on the way to the peninsula of Giens between the villages of Pesquiers and La Capte. This long sandy beach stretches about 650 meters and is interestingly wide (it is about 35 meters wide in places, which is rare in the region). It is bordered by a pine forest (at first sight no beach access through the latter). It is one of the secluded beaches of Hyères, probably because of its access ... For peace lovers.
The simplest way to access this beach is to park in the car park of the Port of La Capte. Two bridges left of the port lead to the canals. One arrives directly south of the beach (the widest area). One can also access this beach from Pesquiers Beach southbound.
