Bergerie Beach in Hyères is on the way to the peninsula of Giens after the village of La Capte. It stretches until the beginning of the peninsula of Giens with a beautiful stretch of sand (narrow but 3 km long). It is accessible to disabled people and monitored in summer.
Note that this beach is very busy in summer because there are many campsites in this neighbourhood.
It is suitable for children as the water is shallow. However, swimming is impossible when the east wind blows.
To get to the beach, go through the village of La Capte in the directions of the islands, there are many paths on the left overlooking the beach.
