The beaches and seaside destinations in the Côtes d'Armor are not as well known and developed as those in the south of Brittany (Morbihan and Loire-Atlantique). However, they are some of the most beautiful beaches in France and offer great diversity.
From Cap Fréhel or the cote du Goelo, we find beautiful wild cliffs protecting little secret creeks. The cote de Granit Rose with its strangely shaped rocks hide the most beautiful beaches in the department of Côtes d'Armor. The Emerald coast begins near Cap Fréhel (the eastern part of the department) and extends to the beaches of Ille et Vilaine (large sand beaches) and hold a few destinations that remind us of the charm of Deauville, but less crowded. Saint Malo, in the neighboring department is the most well known.
We also find picturesque little harbors and the coastal path permits us to discover the marvels of Brittany and the little creeks with landscapes that change with the tide. We are also able to discover the destinations of Finistère which offers different landscapes.
