The touristic and climatic seaside destination, Perros-Guirec, is very busy during the summer and has many labels, such as “nautical station” “kid” and “new-wave”. Built on a rocky bluff, we find one of the biggest harbors on the north Brittany coast which is otherwise a very animated and appreciated area. The corniche, which leads to Trégastel and Trébeurden, offers charming coastal paths which are perfect for a walk. The archipelago Sept-Iles is not to miss: an ornithologist reserve home to more than twenty thousand bird is accessible by boat. The coastal path allows us to join the little bay of Saint-Guirec.
We find two great beaches in Perros-Guirec that are the happiness of tourists. Trestraou is the sunniest and backs up to the casino. It is also where we can take the boat for Sept-Iles. Trestrignel Beach is the more wild of the two, bordered by the point du Chateau from which we can admire the view of Ile Tomé. To the south, near the harbor, we find two little secret creeks that are little frequented, but are less agreeable than the two main beaches. Nearby, at Ploumanac'h, just a few kilometers from downtown Perros-Guirec, we find Saint-Guirec Beach that is the favorite of hikers. It is close to the coastal path and has a wonderful walking path in the countryside.
