To the west of St Valery en Caux and its port, there is a pebble beach which begins at the harbour entrance and extends along the cliffs of the Alabaster Coast. This area is best known by users of camping-cars (parking area along the beach). The beach is nice but is very crowded in the summer season because of the rest area.
To get to this beach, the easiest way is to take the avenue Clemenceau at the port of St-Valery (left bank - sign indicating parking for camping-cars) and the Aval dock. At the end, you find a car park (parking difficult for a light vehicle).
Dogs are allowed on this beach provided they are on a leash.
