The small resort of Quiberville, located in the department of Seine-Maritime, is an ancient city of the Middle Ages. Once a great port represented by a sculpture from a ship that ran aground on the rugged coast in 1870, the town still retains its nineteenth century castle and beautiful farmhouses. Saint-Valery’s church, built in the twelfth century, is remarkable and attracts many lovers of old buildings.

Like its neighbours, it offers many activities and is best explored on foot, horseback, bicycle or sailing boat, with several clubs. Quiberville is located in Normandy, a region with an exceptional heritage, beginning with the allied landing beaches. Quiberville’s Beach is made up of sand and grey pebbles and offers a unique view of the surrounding cliffs. It is supervised in the summer season. Following on, we find Ste Marguerite sur Mer’s beach. It is possible on the well-appointed walking trails that allow us to fully appreciate its natural and unspoilt landscapes. Not far away, is the town of Dieppe, well worth a look! The abbeys of Fontenelle, Sainte Croix or Saint Pierre, the parks and gardens are a delight to see! Note that there are restaurants and hotels in Quiberville-Plage.
