To the west of Jard sur Mer, at the Payré Point, there are several small sandy coves totally hidden away.
The beginning of the trail starts at the level of Mine beach. Going west, a pleasant trail leads along this part of the Vendee coast to reach the Payré Point. On the way and depending on the tide, there are some small coves, sometimes pebbly, sometimes sandy. The coves become larger after the point and offer beautiful views of the Veillon beach and the northern Vendee coast.
The easiest way to get to the point is to park at the car park of Mine Beach.
