Our opinion on the Nau Beach
Pouliguen’s Nau Beach is one of the most beautiful of the seaside resort. At the limit with the resort of La Baule, this beach is located on the right bank of the harbour and offers a magnificent view of the beaches of La Baule and Pornichet. 350 metres of sand are available to holidaymakers with a lifeguard station open during the summer season. Note that on the right side, there are many rocks. Two restaurants are available on the beach. There are numerous activities along the promenade during the summer season. This is one of our favourite beaches of Pouliguen despite being very crowded.
Note that parking is difficult in the summer. There is a car park at the Jean-Moulin square.

This is the main beach of Pouliguen in the city centre. It is also one of the most enjoyable of the Bay of La Baule.
Located at the entrance of the port (La Baule is on the other side of the channel), this beach offers a wide stretch of beautiful sand.
Taken at low tide. On this beach, there are several restaurants and a beautiful view of Penchâteau point.
Here we see the beach of Nau. After the beach, the Town Hall. Note along the beach the majority of the promenade is pedestrianised.
In the summer season, there is children entertainment on the left side of this beach.
