Our opinion on the Grande Jambée Beach
Poulinguen’s Grande Jambee Beach is located on the waterfront road which reaches Batz-sur-Mer by the coastal footpath (wild coast of the Loire-Atlantique). Located just after the Pierre Plate point, on the Boulevard des Maures, this beach offers a few sandy coves. However, at low tide, there are many rocks (rather recommended for sunbathing).
To reach this beach, take the direction for Penchâteau point. After this, continue for 1.5 km. On the right (after a small point), there is a carpark on the right. The different coves are in front. Also accessible by the coastal footpath or cycling lane.
