Our opinion on the Libraires Beach
Libraires beach in Pornichet (Booksellers beach) is the most central beach of the seaside resort. It stretches from the port through the thalassotherapy centre and the Casino and ends by merging with La Baule beach. It is the busiest and best-equipped beach in Pornichet: beach huts rental, games for children, beach clubs...
There are several surveillance areas from the port in the direction of La Baule (open in summer). The main one is between the thalassotherapy centre and the casino where there is a first aid station and an equipped access for disabled people. There are several accesses along Oceanides Boulevard (there are usually only a few steps to cross). Parking is difficult in summer; there are a few parking spaces along the boulevard as well as a car park at the tourist office and another one at market place.

This is the beach of the city centre of Pornichet. There are buildings on the right with a very specific architecture and, which are a feature of this part of the Loire-Atlantique region.
