Lespecier Beach in Mimizan is the most untamed beach of the resort. Located to the west of the village of Bias and south of Mimizan-Plage, the environment is completely desert-like, there is only the forest of Mimizan. The beach is under lifeguard supervision during the summer season (at access level) and is equipped with sanitary facilities. It is also equipped to receive people with reduced mobility.
This beach is accessible by bike using a path from Mimizan-Plage or by car (two roads) (the car park is about 1 km from the beach). By car, you can take the D652 towards Bias and Contis-Plage. At Bias, turn right (the beach is sign posted). The journey is a little long (18 km). You can also take the road that goes towards the lake of Mailloueyre at Mimizan Sud. The journey is shorter (8 km)
