Moliets-et-Maa is a resort located in the department of Landes, bordered by a pine forest and renowned for its beaches of the “Côte d’Argent”.

It is a typical village of this department, popular for its many trails that lead to the nature reserve of Courant d’Huchet’s hidden treasures such as wash houses, sources, chapel ...

There are two main beaches in Moliets et Maa on which you can enjoy many activities including kite flying (permanent area dedicated to this), kite surfing, beach volleyball (four courts available) and of course surfing which is the most popular sport of Aquitaine. The beach is one of the largest in the region. Fishermen appreciate the lakes of Moliets and Laprade and cyclists appreciate the track that run through the village, providing access to the golf course. From the main beach, you can admire the mouth of the “Courant d'Huchet” which varies according to the tides, creating a multitude of landscapes. The vegetation that surrounds it is very original, almost exotic, earning it the nickname "Little Amazon of the Landes"!
