The great Contis Beach is located in the seaside resort of Saint-Julien-en-Born (Contis-Plage). This long sandy beach (about 5 km long) is monitored in the central area in summer. It is strictly prohibited to swim in the southern section (near the current of Contis). North, swimming is at the user’s own risk. In the area near the city center, there is a kids’ club directly on the sand and a snack. The beach is equipped for disabled people (tiralo – request information from rescuers).
There is a big free car park near the beach. When one arrives in Contis, follow the direction leading to the car park (north).
