Ficajola Beach in Piana - France

This is one of the most original beaches in the Gulf of Porto with old fishermen huts directly in the creek. It is covered in a mixture of sand and pebbles.

The environment overlooking the Gulf of Porto is very nice.

Upon arrival on the beach through the path, the view of this beach is divided into two areas by the rocks. The first area is sandy and the second one is covered in pebbles.

Some rocks on the beach bring an exotic touch. We are on the sandy area.

Fishermen huts bring some style to this unique beach in the creeks of Piana.

In the second area (right side), the beach is covered in pebbles.

It seems tourist boats take this beach for a zoo… disappointing and disrespectful...

The sand is not extra fine but it is the only sandy beach in the vicinity.

The trail is not in great condition but one can pass through it with caution.

800 meters from the beach, there is a large car park (with toilets at the end).

Upon arrival on the road of this beach, the view of the Gulf of Porto is remarkable. However, there are few places where one can stop.
